12-Month Warranty Policy

We design Coco Mae bags to be used, loved, and lived in. In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

How To Make A Warranty Claim Email us at hello@cocomae.net.au with the following:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the fault
• Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
• A photo of the care tag showing the production number (usually inside the bag)

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll provide a prepaid return label and either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear - scuffs, fading, and natural ageing
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Damage from improper care or storage
