Yes - free pickup is available from our Perth warehouse. Select "Pick Up" at checkout and your order will be ready within 24 hours on weekdays between 10am–4pm. Pickup address details are provided at checkout.

Yes, via International Express Post, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Please note any importation charges, taxes, or customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer, and we don't refund customs or shipping fees if a parcel is returned to us.

You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all Coco Mae tags attached, along with proof of purchase. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and bundles (which must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund). Note: even Final Sale items are still covered by our 12-month warranty if they're faulty.

Manufacturing faults. If a fault is confirmed, we'll provide a prepaid return label and either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Normal wear and tear (scuffs, fading, natural ageing), accidental damage or misuse, and damage from improper care or storage.

Our bags are made from vegan leather (PU). Wipe away everyday marks with a soft, damp cloth, avoid prolonged direct sunlight and heat, and if hand sanitiser touches your bag, wipe it off promptly to prevent colour lift over time. Store it clean and dry in a cool, well-ventilated spot, using a breathable dust bag instead of a plastic cover.
