Returns & Refund Policy Shop with Confidence: 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Coco Mae. If something isn't quite right, we've made returns and exchanges as simple as possible, so you can shop knowing you're covered.

How It Works Return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all Coco Mae tags attached, and we'll need your proof of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

What's Not Eligible

• Items marked Clearance or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.*
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• Bundles must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.

Unless faulty. Our 12-month warranty still applies - because we stand behind every bag we make.

How To Start A Return

1. Email us at hello@cocomae.net.au with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
2. We'll reply with our returns address and next steps.
3. Post your item back to us in its original packaging.
